Are you looking for an honest PhD Smart Bar Review?

Well you’ve come to the right place. I ordered the PhD smart bars from Amazon and tried them out. In this post, I’m going to tell you what I think.

Smells really chocolaty

When you first open the wrapper, it smells really chocolaty. This is a massive bonus since I recently purchased a protein chocolate and there was no smell. If you’re looking for that satisfying rich chocolate smell, then look no further than the PhD Smart Bar.

When I first bit into this bar, it had a rich chocolate taste. I got the peanut flavor and I could taste the peanut butter chunks.

It was chewy and by the end of the bar, my craving for sugary foods was satisfied. One thing to keep in mind about this bar is it’s big! I stomach was definitely satisfied.

High in protein

Each bar contains 20g of protein. Protein is the building block of muscle. If you’re ever in a pinch and need some quick hitting protein, then pick up the PhD Smart Bar.

You won’t be disappointed. You see, the average protein powder has 20g of protein per serving. So for a bar to have 20g of protein is a great plus.

low in sugar

The PhD Smart bar only contains 1.9g of protein per a bar.

This is a huge relief knowing that the great taste of this bar doesn’t come from sugar but from high quality ingredients.

Low in carbs

Are you trying to avoid carbohydrates? The PhD Smart bar only has 1.9g of carbs per a bar.

So that was the PhD smart bar review.

I gave you my honest opinion an told you my thoughts exactly on this bar.
