Milk is full of protein and calories, I always gulp this down when bulking. It tastes pretty good as well.
We’ve all heard our parents and teachers say “Drink your milk and you’ll grow up big and strong!”
This statement is absolutely true!
Milk contains nutrients which fight against illnesses like bone loss and even headaches.

Well, make sure you’re gulping down some milk because it protects the enamel’s surface against acidic substances.

I like to mash them up. This makes it easy to eat since there’s not a lot of chewing involved.

How about bread, do you like eating bread? Well instead of using butter you can use olive oil.
Olive oil is packed with anti-oxidants which are going to help combat disease and illnesses that we get over our lifetime.
